The Livewell Jaunt mobility scooter is perfect for taking away on holiday, fitting into a car boot for trips to the supermarket, or storing around the home. The easy split system means that the scooter separates into five lightweight parts, the heaviest only weighing 15.9kg. The battery housing easily clicks in and out of place and weighs 9.7kg, you can charge this scooter both with the battery fitted or you can leave the scooter in your car boot and take just the battery inside for off board charging.
The comfortable and padded seat swivels and has adjustable armrests that flip up for easy access on and off the scooter. The tiller adjusts forwards and backwards so most users should find a comfortable seated position. Delta bars and wig wag paddles are fitted which makes operating the scooter convenient and easy for all users especially if you have arthritis. As this scooter has a great turning circle and adjustable speed control, you will be able to manoeuvre around shopping centres and supermarkets; there is a handy basket to aid shopping, and this can be removed if required.
As the transit has a top speed 4mph, it is legal to ride on the pavement and pedestrian precincts, and with reflectors on the side and rear, it is more visible in low lighting conditions, and a horn is fitted for use when required. The LED battery charge indicator keeps you fully informed on how much power is left in the two 12ah 12v batteries. The range of this scooter is up to 10miles depending on user weight and terrain. The Jaunt is available in both red and blue, and the style is complemented by smart looking wheels which have puncture proof solid tyres, and give a ground clearance of 40mm.
