Question: Do you think I could cut a hole and fit a cat door for one of the windows?
Answer: Panels come separated and you could conceivably cut a hole in on prior to assembly. It would be risky if you’re not skilled with cutting plastic because the plastic panels are not exactly the strongest and may crack/split if you try to saw/slice them. Also, the plastic really isn’t thick enough for a typical cat door frame to be inserted. My suggestion would be to build up a very small wall around the edge (12” high) of either brick or stone or concrete, insert a cat door and add a front step so you can get up through the door easily. You’d struggle with getting plants in/out if too big though.

Question: What is the size of the window?
Answer: If you're referring to the side louver window that opens and closes, it is 24.4"x24.4"

Question: What material/s are the side panels made of?
Answer: I think they are poly-carbonate but they are quite steady.

Question: Can this green huses help my plants during winter time to protect them from cold weather?
Answer: I had a lime and lemon tree in unit when the temp hit an unusually low 8 degrees and 10 degrees over the space of about four days. The trees later lost all their leaves but the lime, a cold hardier variety seems to be budding. I bought a small ceramic heater with thermostat for next winter. ALSO, it can get too hot if you don't open up the door as well as the louvres on hotter days so some kind of screen or low obstacle to keep out wildlife might help.
